Yea tried that. It doesn't work because I can't unlock bootloader with fastboot command.

There is a way to fix it. Do it fast before the battery dies. Battery won't charge without kernel, etc. If battery dies you have to open phone and disconnect it so bypass it so that computer usb can power it.

Since you are already in fastboot mode you can probably skip the parts that talk about getting to fastboot.

ADB and fastboot files are located on your computer.

Yes I have the latest versions of that files. I have to try on linux maybe there will work better.
